Specialized training for freediving without fins. In each session we focus solely on your no-fins diving. Depending on your need, this will be either a depth, dynamic or swimming session. Includes:

1-2h water session (depth or pool)

No-Fins Technique Check

The most popular package. We cover all aspects of your technique in great detail in 3 phases: swimming, dynamic and depth. You will get a solid foundation for your own training or for the continuation of your coaching with us. Ideal for people interested in learning or improving their no-fins diving, freedivers preparing for their instructor course or freedivers stuck in their no-fins diving that need an expert view on their diving. The 3 half days include:

Day 1: Swimming for no-fins (1h dry, 1h pool, video analysis)
Day 2: DNF (1h dry, 1.5h pool, video analysis)
Day 3: CNF (full depth session, video analysis)

- Should you wish to dive in Blue Hole, an extra charge of 30€ applies for transportation and entry fees. Lunch in Blue Hole is at your own cost.
